Tuesday in the 2023 NBA Summer League, the Houston Rockets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 105-92, at Thomas & Mack Center.

As they defeated the Thunder by winning the first quarter 34-31 and the second quarter 28-15, the Rockets demonstrated their dominance in the first half, which was sufficient to win the game. Despite trailing by 16 points at the half, the Rockets still won despite falling down 43-46 in the second half.

With 26 points, seven assists, and three rebounds, Trevor Hudgins set the Rockets up for success. Jermaine Samuels chipped in with 19 points, four assists, and two rebounds. Cam Whitmore finished with 16 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and three steals to go with his double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds from the bench.
